An own storehouse always happens to be either too small or too big. Thus you always face problems, have additional costs, and you cannot know for sure how much. When your storehouse is too big, you pay a rent for the area you don't use and hire the staff members you don�t need. When your storehouse is too small, somebody of your company has to look for an additional storing place, and finally you pay for the movement of goods between the two storehouses and can never be aware of how much, where and what goods you have on the stock.
